Hi parents , My name is Kia , I am 31 years old . I have worked with children of all ages over the last 16 years . I helped my mother raised my sister and brother . That’s when I knew I enjoyed being around children , from there I starting babysitting my mother friend’s children on the weekends and summer breaks. I am currently a part time nanny , I have worked with this family for almost 5 years. Before my nanny job I have worked as a teacher assistant at a preschool (age groups 2 years old to 4 years old) . I have also been a lead teacher for 1 Year old age group . I have experiences working with older kids as well I was a teacher assistant for DCPS elementary and have worked at after care programs with elementary and middle school students. Working Read more with children is my passion and calling. It’s such a blessing to watch child grow and learn different things . I love to do indoor and outside activities. My favorite indoor activities are science project and cooking . I enjoying reading and going to the library. I have my dcf 45 hours and my first aid cpr. Thanks for your time :)
