My name is Katherine Fontan and I am a student at the University of Florida pursuing a degree in Public Health with a minor in Disabilities in Society. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant and BLS certified. I have experience in babysitting my niece and nephew since they were young and even now when they are teenagers. I am a great candidate because I do not just view babysitting as a “job” but rather a way to impact the lives of young individuals and have a positive influence on them. Seeing as I want to work in pediatrics, I would love this experience. Being a college student and considered to be on the younger side, I believe this is beneficial as I can empathize and establish a respectful environment.
