I started working in childcare 7 years ago and worked consistently in childcare for 5 years. At the time I was living in Chicago working through an agency called KGrace Childcare. Since moving to New Orleans 2 years ago I have stopped babysitting, but I still did weekly childcare volunteer work at at St. John the Baptist Preschool. I have decided to step back into childcare because I miss it so much! I have a BFA in Theater Arts and I love igniting kid's imaginations and promoting confidence and creativity. I also have a strong yoga and meditation practice that even if not directly shared with children, impacts our interactions and playtime/learning time in a positive way.
