I love babysitting because every child is unique and has their own personality. I love seeing a child smile and letting their personality shine through. I started babysitting at the age of 15 for elementary age children. I have experience watching mutuple different age ranges and multiple children at one time. I also have experience in watching children with additional needs. I think what sets me apart is I want the child to feel safe around me. If your child is on the floor playing with blocks, Barbie’s etc, I will be right next to them playing along. In addition, should the time allow, I’m also willing to help clear up dishes, handle dinners, bedtime routines, and other misc tasks that will help relieve the stress of the parents.
