My name is Dominique Quallo. I am 24 years old, currently a social work major at FIU. I have an associates degree and I’ve worked in the child care industry for 7 years. As a nursery aide i was required to change and feed children as needed. Properly sterilize equipment. Maintain an updated log sheet which consisted of changing time, feeding time, any injury’s, and any other additional information regarding the child being taken care of. I was required to have a variety of educational activities for the children. I also have three children of my own so i know first hand about caring for a child and how important having a good care giver from a parental standpoint.
