Hi, my name's Bree, but my students call me Miss B! I'm a professional preschool teacher and have experience working with infants through elementary-aged children. I'm currently employed as a lead toddler teacher, but I babysit some evenings and weekends. I have my Florida 45-hour Department of Children and Families training, and my 120-hour Childhood Development Associate training. I have an active infant/child CPR, first said, and safe sleep training. I practice conscious discipline, a style of teaching that helps children self-regulate and develop healthy emotional and social skills by modeling appropriate responses. I don't yell, do time-outs, or place blame on children—I help them work through their emotions! Some fun facts about me: I love Harry Potter, can sing all of your children's favorite Disney songs (albeit off-key), and will probably leave a sketched portrait of your child on your dining room table. I love doing arts and crafts, Read more outdoor activities, and playing games!
