About Rachel: Growing up, I had a number of sitters while my mom was in nursing school. I will never forget the struggle my mom went through trying to find a good sitter for my sister and I. We went through many that weren’t a good match, until we found a sitter named Elizabeth. She was the best sitter and she inspired me to want to make the same impact on kids that she made on me! Your child deserves to feel safe around their sitter and you deserve to have no worries about the care your child is in, something I always ensure! About Matthew: I’m the oldest out of 6 kids so my whole life has almost been like one big training to be a sitter! My youngest sibling is 4 and is nonverbal autistic so i’m frequently changing diapers, making food, playing games, and doing arts and Read more crafts! I’m very good at de-escalating chaotic situations or episodes in children. I have experience with mental health disorders in children. I am CPR/First aid Certified as well. Every child is welcomed without any judgement! Your child deserves to feel comfortable enough to express their true self around their sitter and that not only me, but Rachel too, will always ensure! •We are a package deal so payments will either be split between us or depending on the number of children being watched, individual pay!•
