Hello! I am Charlie (He/Him) and have been working as a substitute preschool teacher for almost 2 years now, my job is truly lovely and I adore doing it. I recently found out, however, that my job taking care of so many children at a time is too straining for my health, as I am a disabled adult. I want to stay in the childcare industry, and I thought moving forward as a sitter or nanny would be the correct next step.
