Hi! My name is Sheneil and I really enjoy working with children. As a Mass Communications Major while in undergrad, each summer I worked at the summer camp I attended as a child. Summer after summer, my love for campers and camp grew stronger! With that in mind, I transitioned from camp counselor, to lead counselor to unit leader. After graduating from college, I went on to work at center for autism for approximately a year before moving to Washington, DC. While in DC I served as an Early Childhood teacher for 4 years before becoming an Early Childhood Support Coordinator -- or Dean of Students. In this role I directly supported the Preschool and Pre-K students in our building, as well as our 1st - 3rd graders. Following my year in that role, I was then asked to serve as both a Resideint Principal and an Assistant Principal. Over Read more the course of my 8 years in DC, I have spent 6 years working at the number one charter school in the district. This year, I opted to transition, in pursuit of work/life balance. Although I am no longer in the school system, I would still love to support children and families. I'm looking forward to hearing from you! Best, Sheneil
