We also hired Alexis throough this website. I have a at the time a 3 and 5 year, a year later she is like part of the family. She is very responsible and my kids adore her. My youngest has special needs and she does great with him and she understands what he asks for and needs without any problems. We would be lost without her.

EXCELLENT! Absolutely the BEST! I hired Alexis through this website over a year ago. She is better then I could have even hoped for! When I hired Alexis I had 1 1/2 year old twins, a couple months later I had a baby. She takes unbelievable care of my three children under the age of 2, with all of their needs met all of the time! Alexis is flexible, understanding, caring, fun, and perfect. Alexis frequently has to make and serve meals to my kids, she is a big help in potty training them currently. She also reads to them, takes them for walks, plays outside and even takes them to the playground. My twins are behind in speech and with our direction is helping to develop their speech also. She will do anything I ask of her, if I ask her to have them ready when I get home they always are! My husband is in Law enforcement, so we were very careful in choosing someone we trust into our house, and the moment we interviewed her we knew she was perfect for us. Other mom's on my block comment on how well she does when she takes the three of them to the park. I can personally say Alexis is amazing with younger children (cause that is what I have to see), however I think she would be amazing with School age children also. Alexis is willing to drive my kids to preschool and playdates. We have even asked her to come out of state with us and watch our kids in a hotel when we went to a wedding. I could continue to ramble on and on about her. She is a fantastic babysitter/Nanny. If you would like to further discuss Alexis, I would be more then happy to.
