Hi there! My name is Erica Quinn and I have been working with children of varying ages for the past 3 years now and I still love it! To get more specific, I have worked in a gymnastic setting with young kids and have always consistently babysat for 2 particular families on the side. One family had a 2 and 4 1/2 year old and the other family had a 5 and 7 year old but I have been trying to land a job with newborns as I love nothing more than getting to interact and encourage their continual growth. Part of the reason I love working with kids and particularly, part of the reason I love to babysit them is because you get to be placed on their own comfort environment and because of this, you just get to flow with them at their own pace!
