Hey! I'm Anna and I am currently a college student at Southern Connecticut State University majoring in elementary education! I adore kids and I always have so much fun setting up activities, doing arts and crafts, and playing games. I spent multiple Summers volunteering or working at Summer camps when I was in high school and I worked as an elementary school aftercare employee during my first year of college. Over the summer of 2021, I have worked full time at a Summer day camp working with large groups of children at a time. I have experience with multiple age ranges, as young as 2 years old up until 12 years old. I am a very friendly and cheerful person and I always try to make people smile, of course kids too! I am very energetic and creative, so I am always up for indoors or outdoors activities and I Read more absolutely love arts and crafts. Kids have always gravitated towards me and the importance of creating a nurturing space for a child to grow, learn, and play is what has inspired me to become a teacher. I am more than happy to help with homework of any subject, including Spanish which I am incorporating into my degree. I also have no problem helping with chores and meals and I am awesome with all sorts of animals, with 7 pets of my own! I have a safe car with a clean driving record (Subaru!) and I don't mind doing pick up and drop offs. I am fully COVID-19 Vaccinated and certified in Pediatric CPR and first aid. My childcare experience has prepared me to care for multiple (very energetic) children at a time and I know that I could be a great match for your family's unique needs and personalities!
