Warmest greetings to all current and prospective clients and families! My name is Caroline, and I am a M.A. Ed. graduate of the University of Connecticut. A cohort member of the NEAG School of Education's Integrated Bachelor's and Master's Degree Program, I am a certified Elementary teacher of 3+ years. From age 11 onwards, my experience as a dedicated, spirited, and compassionate nanny/babysitter has spanned across a diverse array of age ranges and ability levels, encompassing special needs and typical children from newborn to adolescent development. Key teaching strengths: Leadership, collaboration, enthusiasm, organization, positivity/energy, dedication, high family engagement, openmindedness; tech. savvy, continuous quest for challenge /improvement; willingness to seek constructive feedback; flexibility and optimism. I believe that every child is blessed with unique talents and attributes regardless of their background/history, and strive to enrich these qualities in a supportive learning environment where both the child and adult can flourish.
