I have actually more than ten years as a babysitter. You can say I was born a babysitter. When I was 11 my mother had my younger brother, it wasn't until I was 14 I started having more responsibilities when it came to my brother. I also looked after two of my mother's coworkers children. One, who was like a family friend, he, had two boys from the ages of infancy to 5, I babysat them after school. My mothers other coworker, I babysat her son on weekends when she would work, at first she would drop him off at our house, but once she moved further away I would travel to Norwalk by train to babysit him overnight. I babysat him from the ages of 5 to 8. I also was a presence for a former neighbor for a year, she needed someone to be there at her home Read more with her kids and put them on their school buses, since she had an earlier shift. I know this might make me a inconvenience to some parents, but I do not drive. I cook, clean, help with homework, and willing to follow house rules in terms of what is needed of me. I am willing to be a companion for your kids and pets. I am very open to any discussion that needs to be discussed. I also can be very strong in my standing when there is a discipline in place before me by the parents for the child/ren.
