Shantel is awesome. She's cared for my 4yo son several times now and we love her. She engaged him from the second they met and creates a fun experience for him every time she sits for us (crafts, making a fort, good and seek, playing tag, or just chilling when he's not in the mood). I love that she plays at his pace. She's reliable and provides great communication throughout the session.
