Hi my name is Korynne! I am the Mom to a soon to be three year old. He is in daycare and loves the time with his friends and teachers. He is my biggest accomplishment to date. My experience with kids stems from a young age, where as the oldest of four I was automatically deemed a built-in babysitter. Furthermore my work background is entirely based in children recreation and deeply rooted in fostering a supportive environment. I’ve worked as a camp counselor, babysat throughout my teens and college years, and have worked at the YMCA as an activity coordinator during my summers. My bachelors degree is in psychology with an emphasis on neuroscience and I recently opted to go back to school for nursing. I am halfway through my program and am CPR and AED certified. I genuinely enjoy helping others and I bring that each day during my clinical experience and to the patients I’ve cared for. I am creative and enjoy reading, which I do with my son Camden every night before bed. I am a hard worker who appreciates the value of good child care. I know how expensive and taxing it can be to parents in a world that is both expensive and demanding. I cannot wait to start asap and am willing to work weekends, mornings, afternoons, etc. I am open to a flexible schedule as well as one that works with others schedules as well!
