I have been watching children (boys and girls) of the ages 3 months to 14 years old since I was only 10 years old myself. I know it seems like a super young age to start, but I've always loved kids. I have nannied/babysat for multiple different families through the years and watched up to 6 kids at a time. I've worked for many families for over 7 years and am always willing to help out new families. I know that any of my previous families would be willing to give you a recommendation. I believe it is so important for any childcare provider to form a bond with the children they are watching and the children's parents. Almost like extended family. In the past I have taken kids on scavenger hunts, created multiple arts and crafts projects, helped safely prepare cookies and other delicious but healthy treats, and made many gifts for their amazing parents. I am always open to taking kids to their activities such as sports, birthday parties, school activities, play dates, and whatever else they may have going on! I am willing to do house hold chores and house sitting as well! Like I said, I want to be a trustworthy and friendly part of your life in anyway possible! I have worked in the pet profession for the past 3 years. Because of this I am more than comfortable to help and love your family pets. I am even certified in pet nutrition and CPR! I recently graduated with a degree in Secondary English Education from the University of Northern Colorado. I pursue all of my educational and personal interactions with children with the mindset that I want to inspire and impact children at one of the most crucial times of their lives. Because of my educational background and affiliation with many schools I always maintain a certification in CPR as well as live a professional and friendly lifestyle.
