Hello! My name is Lira and I am a 26 year old who moved to the area from Portland, Oregon in January of 2022. I have a little over 6 years of paid professional experience (over the age of 18) with age ranges of 1mo-14yrs old along with special needs experience and working within a fully staffed household. Below I have listed my long term positions: My previous family consisted of three children two boys & one girl (ages: 15mo, 4 & 6 at the start of employment.) I was with this family full time for a year and a half in Lake Oswego, Oregon (2020 - 2022) Prior to that I was a full time nanny for a family of three boys (ages: 4,11,13 at the start of employment) two of whom were autistic. I was a nanny for this family for a year in Port Richey, Fl. (2017-2018) Read more Currently I am a Travel Nanny for a family with a 3 year old boy and 6 month old boy. The eldest was recently diagnosed with epilepsy and I have assisted in the care and management of this new diagnosis. I have been with this family since April of 2022 in Cherry Hills, Co. (2022 - present) Why the move? My fiancé and I were relocated to Denver for his job and purchased a home in Roxborough. A little about me - I have a clean driving record & reliable vehicle so I am able to assist in transportation as well. I am easy going and dependable but am not afraid to enforce rules when needed. Living in Montana & Oregon as well as growing up in Minnesota, there’s no question that I am a huge lover of the great outdoors and thoroughly believe in the importance of getting outside. I believe through nature and play, children learn best so I am always on the lookout for the next adventure. In my free time, you can find me exercising, playing with my 3 dogs or finding a new place to explore.
