*Currently full/not able to take on new jobs* Hello, families! My name is Sarah, and I'm a recent college graduate who has always loved working with kids. I have five years of childcare experience (including work as a babysitter, au pair, tutor, and dance teacher) and am CPR and first aid certified. Here's a little bit about me. :) I grew up in a loving, adventurous family with my parents and two brothers in the countryside in Oregon. As I got older, I became the neighborhood babysitter, looking after children ages 1-12. I discovered how much I loved children and continued babysitting when I went away to college, accumulating five years of paid childcare experience total, working for four different families. After graduating in June (with degrees in public health and journalism), I wanted to travel -- and, of course, spend time with kids! So I went to Spain and Read more had the time of my life working as an au pair for two months, where I took care of two boys (ages 1 and 5) Monday - Friday while their parents worked. In addition to caring for and playing with children, I really enjoy teaching or helping them learn new skills. I helped teach dance classes for several years, and I was a writing tutor for high school students and a tutor for students with learning or development disabilities for one year.
