Hello! My name is Abby and I am a Political Science student at Colorado State University. I grew up outside of Denver, Colorado and I have two younger siblings. I grew up dancing competitively and have always been very dedicated to school. At Colorado State, I hold many leadership roles in many clubs and am Vice President of my sorority. I pride myself on my time management skills, my communication skills, and my reliability. However, I am known to be very silly, sarcastic, and loving. I am very outgoing and love going on adventures! I spend a lot of time outside and traveling. I started babysitting when I was younger, but have turned it into my main job these past few years. In 2018, I was with an infant until he turned 2 in 2020. I spent every single day from morning until evening and that taught me great responsibility Read more and patience. I did everything from take him to doctors appointments, to feeding him, and spending the night when necessary. For the past two years, I nanny two adorable and spunky girls. They were 9 and 11 when I met them and I absolutely loved them! I picked them up from school and took them to after school activities and created a great connection with the both of them. Having two long term jobs like these have taught me the value of connections with the children, how to communicate well the parents, and the great value consistency has when babysitting.
