Hi there! My name is Kalyn Knox, I am 21 years old and currently just working a part time job Ever since I was young, I was in charge of taking care of my nieces and nephews, from ages as young as 1 years old when I would spend time with family and friends. Once I got older, and was able to commute myself, I worked with a few children of family friends down in Castle Rock, and then once I moved up to Fort Collins, I babysat for a family up here as well for the past few years! Besides babysitting and caregiving, I also worked for an Outdoor Education program called Stone Canyon for 2 years. During this time I worked with kids who were in 4th grade to 6th grade. I was in charge with getting them to their scheduled activities and programs, getting them to bed, Read more monitoring their behavior, helping in any way that I could with activities, along with making sure they were prepared for the day ahead, coming up with games to play with them during down time, and most importantly, building relationships with the kids. I am able to cook, clean, manage behavior, be creative when it comes to finding things to keep kids occupied, and I really enjoy working with kids in general. If you have any questions, let me know!
