Married - 25 years. We have 3 children.....22, 18, and 16. I have cared for children since I was a child myself. I continued through middle and high school and into my adult years. I did complete an Early Childhood Education course my senior year of high school and received my certificate for that. I worked in customer service/inside sales for a worldwide manufacturing company in Littleton, Colorado for about 10 years (until our first child was a year old). I then began working at Lakehurst Medical Center and remained there until our second child was born. From there, I have been a stay at home mom and I have also been the office manager for our plumbing company since 2006. I have cared for approximately four families through the care.com website and a couple of others through other avenues. I still remain in contact with all of these families. Read more I truly love being in the company of little ones, especially infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Watching them grow, learn, and experience new things is so exciting and rewarding to be a part of. The smiles, giggles, and cuddles have a way of brightening the day. I do have a certificate in early childhood education but I would say the majority of my experience has come from my extensive babysitting background at a young age and having three of my own children as well as the many families I have had the opportunity to nanny for. It is also something that just comes so natural to me. I am looking for part-time care positions that would allow me to still be available for my family and our business. I enjoy photography, reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and children.
