I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and building meaningful connections with them. Watching them learn, grow, and show their personalities is such a joy. My goal is always to be a positive, supportive presence in their lives—someone they can feel safe and comfortable with. Every child deserves a space where they can just be themselves, and I love being able to provide that. Outside of childcare and teaching, I’m really passionate about health and wellness. I work at Pure Barre, and fitness has become a big part of my life. I love incorporating fun movement and active play into my time with kids, whether it’s dancing around the living room, playing outside, or just finding little ways to stay active throughout the day. I’ve been working with kids for over two years in both schools and childcare settings. Right now, I’m studying to Read more be an elementary teacher at Metropolitan State University of Denver, and I have hands-on experience teaching and supporting kids in the classroom. Before I got into teaching, I worked as a Certified Nurse Aide for four years, which gave me a lot of experience in caregiving and understanding medical needs. As a future elementary teacher, I’ve learned a lot about child development, education, and behavior management. My CNA background has also given me experience with medical care, administering medications, and handling healthcare needs when necessary. More than anything, though, I prioritize creating a safe, nurturing environment where kids feel supported. I’m patient, adaptable, and always happy to jump into whatever activity will bring a smile to their faces—whether that’s reading stories, doing crafts, or just having fun and being silly together!
