Paige is a pro. She’s attentive and anticipates needs, communicating well with both kids and adults. One thing we’ve appreciated in working with her is the sense of safety and calm she reflects, and then staying compassionate and giving space for what a child is feeling. It’s all this and her interest in connecting that has reassured us, as parents who had mixed results with in-home care, and we’re elated to be moving forward getting to have Paige spend time with our little one!
