Currently I am pursuing a degree in Occupational Therapy to work with children and adults who may suffer from sensory processing disorders, autism or learning disabilities. My goal is to create an environment that is developmentally appropriate and to implement the qualities of what it means to be a professional in early learning. With each individual family, I intend to create a nurturing space using activities that motivate the children. By fostering children's strengths, I'm able to identify their range of abilities. There is no doubt in my mind that parents will feel at ease knowing their children are safe & in good hands, and the kiddos will have plenty to share about our time together. I have reliable transportation, was first aid and cpr certified in Jan 2019 and have been working with children ages 0 to 12 years for nearly 7+ years. I aspire to use the tools Read more I currently have to expand in areas of development to later use towards my degree. I look forward to learning more about you and your family.
