I only interviewed Michelle and wanted to still leave her a review. We couldn't offer her full time work and that is the only reason we didn't hire her. She was one of our top choices for a nanny! Her background working with all ages on the spectrum really shined as she shared stories and how she handled them. She is extremely knowledgable and very enthusiastic to work with children. She is excellent at communication. Any family she works for will be lucky to have her join their family.
