My Child Care Guiding Principals: Engaging, Open, Honest, Flexible, Patient, Dependable, Ethical, Value in Diversity. Hello Parents! My name is Sarah and I am a married, military spouse to a retired veteran and former early childhood teacher. I worked for the government (while living overseas) as a professional Child Care Provider where I helped educate and instruct children from infancy-6 years old. I am now a stay at home mom and have three wonderful boys. I've previously earned a Child Development Associate Certificate for infant/ toddlers and preschool. I am also a former member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). In the past, I have attended numerous training to include Child Abuse Prevention, Fire Prevention, Food Handling Sanitation, Ethics in the Workplace, Medication Dispensation/Communicable Disease Training, and Safety Briefs. In addition, I completed the CPR/First Aid/AED certified instructor course. I currently possess a Master's in Read more Business, BS in Psychology, and an AA in Criminal Justice. I absolutely adore children and believe safety is the number one most important factor when providing child care. I also feel it is always necessary to place families as a priority and want my parents to feel fully assured, confident, and relaxed when leaving their child in my care. In addition, I hope to help make your child feel comforted and secure as well. I do have an online child care portfolio, resume, and references that can be sent via e-mail. If you have any questions or would be interested in arranging an interview, please feel free to contact me and I would be more than happy to meet with you! I do have base access if needed.

Sarah was a very caring and thoughtful sitter! I love that she had a lot of questions for us as a family and also that she brought a few of her own activities for our little one. We would gladly use her again!

Sarah watched my son from about 3mnths to 14mnths. In a nutshell she is absolutly fabulous! I was impressed from my first meeting with her at how organized and professional she was. She always kept my son engaged, even with him being so young, and was always so flexible with my schedule. My son would come home with crafts he had done and a written daily report of everything he had done that day and what time. With him being a baby it was great to make sure he stayed on the same feeding and sleeping schedule. Sarah and her family treated my son as a member of their own family, and I couldnt be more greatful for them. My son has learned so much from her and her boys and I couldnt be more proud of the little boy she has helped him become.

I used Sarah while I was taking a class at the community college a few days a week and several other times since. She always was available when I needed her and even on short notice. She made me feel very comfortable leaving my infant daughter with her. She kept a detailed log of what happened during the time she was there, and activities they did together. Sarah is very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend her to anyone needing great child care! We are moving soon and I will miss having her, I hope to find someone as wonderful as her at our next place!

Sarah is a wonderful babysitter! She watches our one year old son about once a week in her home. Sarah is extremely qualified and very welcoming. From the moment we met Sarah we felt very comfortable and just knew she would be the best choice for a sitter for our son. She does not just sit your child in front of the television all day. She has a ton of fun activities in mind to keep your child occupied and having a good time. She also was able to get our little guy to nap, which is amazing because he doesn't like to nap for anyone other than my husband and me. Honestly, I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. She even keeps a log of what your child does (activities, naps, meals, and diaper changes) and what times these things occured. I love knowing what he did when he was there. I'm so thankful we found her!

Sarah babysat for us yesterday. She had our 3 toddlers for 2 snacks, lunch and nap time. She did great. The kids loved her and asked when she was going to come see them again. Sarah brought papers to fill out to let me know what they did while I'm gone. I loved that! She was so organized. I would recomend Sarah to anyone. Espcially if you're looking for someone to watch your children on a regular basis... you will be assured she will actually work with them. Not just put them in front of the TV. Brandi Wilson

Sarah is very considerate and thorough. She is punctual and keeps very good notes on activities/meals/diapering. She is a welcomed caregiver in our home and I feel completely comfortable leaving her in charge of our 6 month old.

Sarah was the best sitter we have had yet! She brought a bag of toys for our son to play with, and he didn't even cry when we left. Sarah sent me text message updates throughout the night, which made me feel really at ease about him being with a new sitter. She kept a log of the games they played, his diaper changes and bedtime. We would highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a mature, responsible sitter.
