I was born and raised in a loving military family. My Dad was an Operations Specialist Chief in the Navy and my Mom, a teacher. I have an older sister and 2 younger brothers. I love being a Nanny and have over 20 years experience. I have had the pleasure of caring for children aging from newborn to teenager. (I want to clarify that I do not have any children or my own even though my profile says I do). I am more than a nanny, I am a mentor. Children love to innovate and I love helping make their ideas come to life inside and outside of the house. Teaching, for me, is fun and rewarding especially when children I work with absorb and remember things I have taught them. At age 18 I became an EMT. I worked on a 911 ambulance for 4 years in Los Angeles. Read more I have a lot of experience in not only CPR training but actually performing CPR 100's of times. I've responded to emergency calls on almost everything you can think of. I was also a 911 dispatcher/supervisor in Los Angeles for 9 years and went to nursing school where I ended up valedictorian of my class. So, no need to worry if an emergency arises. I am a child at heart and can/love to play on any child's level but I definitely know how to take control of situations when they arise. Take care and I hope to hear from you soon! ~Jacqui
