Disclaimer: I hate that I have to write this and I gave this situation time (two months) just in case she ended up reaching out. Brianna seemed to be just what we were looking for at first and looks great on paper. She seemed punctual and engaging, so I hired her. She sat for us twice and those times went smoothly, so we set up multiple future dates which she happily agreed to. These were all for full weekends since I was going out of town. The day I was supposed to leave she didn’t show up. I called and texted out of concern thinking that something may have happened to her. I didn’t hear from her for two weeks after that, so I did reach out again to check on her and realized she BLOCKED me. Instead of communicating if there was an issue and having the decency to let me know that she wouldn’t be able to do the job she just blocked me. I decided to write this review because I don’t want any of you to go through the same thing I did putting your trust in this person. I wish you all luck in your search for a sitter for your most precious gifts.

Brianna was initially great. Very attentive and kind. But after two visits she disconnected. Showed up 45 mins late for our night out and wasn’t up front about it. After that we gave her one more shot and never heard back. I gave her 3 stars because she has potential once she becomes more professional.
