Currently I'm a student at Colorado College studying chemistry and political science! My eventual goal is to become both an orthopedic pediatric surgeon and a priest. This is honestly because my passion in life is helping people. Especially children. From teaching in classroom settings to giving motivational speeches to auditoriums full of kids and crowds of close to a thousand I have devoted my life to helping others. I love sharing my story, being inspirational, entertaining, and being memorable to all the kids I get to interact with. I've spent a lot of time researching teaching methods and how to apply them best to students with special needs - those who learn differently, who are told they are "slow" but are actually untapped amazing potential. My passion for working with children makes me an unparalleled candidate in my opinion. I was once asked by a reporter if I'd be a Read more pediatric surgeon if the pay wasn't as good and I instantly responded that I would gladly do it for free if it meant getting to work with children every day and better their lives. My wife often says I am by far the most patient person on the face of the earth - and well I definitely pride myself on being patient and able to just about get through to any person and resolve any situation. Patience is crucial when it comes to working with kids and adults alike.
