I am a recent college graduate, new to Boulder, and looking for work with kids and families! I studied psychology and communications at the University of San Diego and have been a swim coach for the past six summers. There, I worked with kids aged 3-18 and worked my own way up to head coach for the past two years. That job is what led me to discover my passion for working with kids, whether that be a teacher, counselor, psychologist, or anything else! I am still trying to figure out my path! In the meantime, I work as an after-school teacher at Bixby School in Boulder! Through that, I have been trained in food safety, playground safety, emergency protocols, as well as infant and adult CPR and First Aid. I am patient, energetic, and love creating fun and engaging experiences for kids of all ages. My experience coaching and teaching has given me strong skills in communication, behavior management, and building meaningful connections with kids and their families.
