Hi there, I’m Emily! I’m originally from the beautiful state of Vermont, but a passion for the outdoors led me to Colorado. I enjoy being outside skiing, hiking or fly fishing and think nature has many healing capabilities. As a childcare provider, I enjoy sharing my love of the outdoors on walks and playing outside. Connecting with kids on their level is important to me. That’s why I am such a big advocate for “floor play” including physical games, playing outside, and arts and crafts! Crafts are a favorite along with being outside as I love having kids find a way to express themselves through creativity. Whether that be glitter, macaroni art or you name it, I always make sure we have projects to play with! I have 10 years of childcare and adult care related experience. I worked as a PCA for the elderly while in college, nannied two Read more boys multiple summers through college and high school, and most recently worked the last 2 years at the Childrens Hospital of Colorado. I’m excited to meet you and your family and be able to watch your kids while you’re at work or on a much deserved date night! Emily
