I grew up in a very busy home with four younger sisters and as the only boy and oldest I have had lots of training as a brother and nanny. My first job was working at an afterschool program at the elementary school my sisters attended. I did retail management for 10 years and realized it was not for me! Working with kids in any capacity is what I'm meant to do. Kids bring so much joy to a workplace wether its with a smile or anything silly they may say. It can be challenging at times but the reward is far greater. I'm extremely patient, caring, creative and flexible with anything that may come my way. Helping kids achieve their goals and dreams while becoming a decent human is my focus. And it doesn't hurt to have some fun while hard work gets done. I'm currently CPR & First Read more Aid certified, I have excellent references from the Woodland School District staff members. I currently run a Afterschool Program for the Woodland area at Tafoya Elementary which I love and care for deeply. I'm a big kid at heart and I never work a day in my life!
