Hi! My name is Zoey and I am a second year studying Aerospace engineering at Orange Coast College. I played collegiate field hockey and rowing and I am apart of my school’s STEM and philosophy clubs. Outside of school, for the past four years, I have worked for the city of Los Angeles in their aquatics department while babysitting two girls (ages 4 and 6). I grew up volunteering at a nearby preschool and at local Girl Scout summer camps as a camp counselor prior to working for the city. I am first aid certified and CPR/AED certified for adults and children (currently working on CPR certification for infants). I believe each child should get the care and learning resources needed to grow and live a happy little childhood life. Keeping that creative and energetic spark in a child’s life is something I find to be very important for growth. Read more It’s my goal to keep that spark alive.
