Hello, my name is Della and I am responding to your posting for childcare! I am a 22 year old college student, majoring in early childhood education and am currently working as a full time nanny! I am very passionate about childcare and I have 4 years of paid experience. I am a child of 8 with five younger siblings, the youngest being four, so naturally I helped raised them. I have worked in a Montessori school for 5 months and a childcare/preschool at my church for a year and a half. I currently nanny for 2 year and a 6 month old and have been with them for two years now. Sadly they are moving in May so my time with them is coming to an end. My specialty is four and younger but I can and will work with all ages. I have experience with potty training, conflict Read more resolution, safety trainings, working with behavioral children, thinking fast in emergencies, and working with multiple children for long hours everyday. I am a strong advocate for gentle parenting techniques to help children learn to regulate their emotions and problem solve! I believe that communication is key, and I always strive to keep a very open dialogue with parents regarding their child's care! I am very happy to discuss my experience and qualifications in-depth if you are interested. I very much look forward to hearing from you, and can provide my phone number and/or email for easier communication. I can also provide references from previous work environments and a letter of recommendation from my current nanny family. I am also up to date on all vaccinations including COVID-19. Thank you so much for your time!
