Hello my name is Esther! I am currently a college student, who wants to become a pediatric nurse but dreams to be a mother someday. My love for children is what made me decide to become a pediatric nurse. When I was eight years-old my mother ran an after school academy at home. There, teachers would come and help the students with their homework assignments and projects. As I got older I, too, began to help the children with their assignments and began to develop a relationship with them. Although my mother does not run the academy anymore, I still continued to help children with their homework at different organizations as a volunteer. I, also, occasionally babysit family friend’s children from ages two month to elementary. Because I was exposed to many children at a young age, I began to develop a certain passion and love for children and babies.
