Hi my name is Nancy! I am a 23 year old college student. I just graduated with my bachelors degree in psychology. I am currently working towards my masters in social work. I have been working at an elementary school the last 3 years as a teacher assistant and after school coach. This upcoming school year I will be starting as a substitute teacher. On the side I tutor weekly and babysit. I also do dog walks and pet sitting. I love both children and animals. I would say I have the most experience working with kids ages 3-10 but do well with all ages. Growing up, I was involved in multiple sports as I am a very athletic and outdoorsy person. I love to be out in nature. I also love music and try to incorporate it into everything! I have recently earned my CPR and First aid training Read more as well as multiple trainings for bullying and sexual harassment since they are required for work. I consider myself a very empathetic person and try to connect with each and every child I work with. Currently I am available every day due to it being summer. I would need some prior notice regarding babysitting to make sure I don’t already have previous arrangements. However I do take last minute requests if I’m free that same day. Once the school year begins I will be more limited to babysitting only on weekday evenings and anytime on the weekends.
