Hello and welcome to my bio, I’m a 36 year old LMT and embodiment coach who also loves spending time with children. My background is rather multidimensional and when working with your children, I pull from my experience with: raising my own child who’s now 15, and navigating the different developmental stages. Learning child psychology in college which deepens and informs the way I interact with different ages. Working as a teachers aid and Spanish teacher which helped me become good at managing and organizing activities. Being trained in somatic and nervous system knowledge, which helps me stay grounded and approach children in a gentle and regulated way. I would describe myself as intelligent, funny, creative, kind and resilient. My style of caring for children allows them the freedom to express themselves authentically, while putting in place healthy boundaries. Some of the activities I enjoy doing with kids are hiking, Read more baking, biking, art, sports and reading. I'm also open and excited to learn about their unique interests. I believe the relationship between a baby-sitter and a family can be lovely one that benefits all members immensely when matched right. Looking forward to supporting your family. ~Adriana~
