Nicole does a great job working with our 4 year old son. She is patient with him, which he needs at this age. She also makes sure to have meaningful play time with him when he wants to play. She makes sure to keep him on track with his potty training and ensuring that he is fed if he is hungry. She keeps me posted on how things are going at home or if she has questions via text or phone call. I can trust her to take good care of our son.
