Hey there I'm Kara, I have tons of experience taking care of tiny humans with the 4 younger siblings in my family as well as nannying since I was 15, I’m 25 now! Over the years I have nannied/babysat for 7 families with ages ranging from newborn to 10 years old. I can provide references for these jobs, and am happy to do so! My job duties included meal prep for all ages, bottle prep, diaper changing, potty training, school pick-ups and drop-offs, tutoring and homework help, sporting event and practice drop-offs and pick-ups and uniform prep, traveling with families on vacations for help away, family laundry, family dishes, household chores, bedtime/morning routines, Fun outings, and so much more! I am a huge fan of not having the kids sit in front of screens all day! I love bringing arts and crafts over and encouraging the kids to go outside Read more or to find indoor activities to keep them off the electronics! I love the beach! I also love taking the kids to do fun things to burn off their energy like Aquariums, Trampoline parks, or the local playground. Gives them something fun to do outside of the house, and I have reliable transportation to take the kiddos there. My resume also includes being a head coach at Diamondback Gymnastics and being lead teacher in the toddler classroom at the Goddard School! I love bringing what I learned at both of my previous jobs to my nannying position. I am known for being the fun nanny who plays with the kids and I am not afraid to be totally silly and get involved with playtime. I want to be as helpful as possible when I am “working” and make parenting as easy as I can for you and your home life as easy as possible!
