Hello! I'm a graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies and a minor in Education. I've worked at a pre-K daycare program called Little Montessori for one year. I have a lot of experience with the 3-4 year old age range. At the daycare, we teach the kids to learn to write their names, recognize colors and learn numbers. I took care of 11-12 three to four year olds on a daily basis, including playing with them, giving them healthy snacks and lunch, and watching them every minute of the day. I am willing to do cook meals with your children (baking is a great project, and teaching kids to cook (which will help build the foundation for self-sufficiency) I have all of my vaccinations. Victoria is great with my 3yo and 5yo as they bonded with her right since she started. She is very creative in activities to engage them in fun and learning. They are very attached to her. She is very punctual and very receptive to feedback. Her demeanor is very composed while managing both my two kids and a 3mo baby. She is also a great cook and has baked the BEST banana bread and brought from home for us to try. In comparison to the older kids, her bonding experience with the little baby is not as smooth. Although she appears experienced in feeding with bottle and looking for ways to sooth the little one, he cries a lot once she starts to hold him. It is unknown what might have caused his exaggerated response, and could be reflection of his early onset of separation anxiety.
