One of my core beliefs when it comes to working with kids is that we should be warm, nurturing, fun, understanding, and patient while also being able to guide them in their day to day tasks. I personally have a warm and childlike quality to myself which allows me to have a peek into how a child might see the world. I also have an interest in working with children on the ASD or ADHD spectrum as I have a great empathy for how their brains may function differently or may need different routines set in place for them to flourish. I also love pets and animals so if you have little(or big) critters in your home, they will be equally loved by me :)
