I love children and pets and am here to help families with both! I am a proud dog mama with no children of my own and love LOVE to babysit, nanny, and assist families with making life easier and happier. I work as a CA licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant, but am currently taking a break in order to help out a friend with two little ones P/T over the summer (beginning in July) . I LOVE working with children (playing, teaching, sensory exploration/management, etc.) and for the past 6 years in Occupational Therapy I have been working with children with various disabilities ages 0-21 yrs. This has provided me with knowledge of childhood development and appropriate play, learning, and motor skills to work on at each developmental stage. I have 20+ years experience with babysitting all ages (mostly infant-8 yrs). My experience with nannying includes caring F/T for a friend's Read more little one starting at 4 months through age 3 yrs beginning in 2018. I also have tons of babysitting and mommy/daddy assistance for newborns and infants, esp in the past 2-3 years. I love to play and explore outside with kids, to express creatively through arts and crafts, and to enrich their imaginations through reading, pretend play, building, and playing games. I am happy to help with meals, naps, clean-up, light chores (and teaching children how they can help!) and even light pet care if needed.
