Hey there! Babysitting was one of my first jobs back in middle school (2007) and around lifeguarding and in college. Being raised by a single mother I helped raise my now 18 year old brother (for free of course)- and I would find crafts and activities to do with him and kids I babysat. I am CPR certified (renewed 08/2022) and currently in my 2nd year of medical school (leaning towards pediatrics) looking for some side income. Half of my family are Hispanic and some only speak Spanish- I am currently working on Medical Spanish and learning more Spanish in general but I know basic Spanish not fully fluent. I am ready to find/build educational games and activities suitable for you child/children’s age. I have been reading up on Montessori learning and would be happy to see if it is something your family might be interested in learning/incorporating as well. Cynthia was a fantastic sitter. My daughter, who can be quite picky about sitters, liked her from the beginning, and had a lot of wholesome fun with her: drawing, dancing, playing games. Cynthia was on time, and came prepared with appropriate art materials (stuff for making Christmas ornaments, cards, and fun drawings) that they made good use of. Cynthia came 3 nights in a row for me while I was visiting San Diego, and after each session, my daughter was in a great mood. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!
