Who knows if she is good with children because it was impossible to get her to show up for the job. She interviewed great, sounded enthusiastic and organized. We agreed to her preferred pay and hours. Then she came up with excuse after excuse, never showed up for work and ghosted us. Day1: her husband left his keys in someone else’s car, so she couldn’t come to work (???) Day2: she had some personal issue she needed the entire day to sort out. Day3: sore throat and a fever- she promised to let us know when she felt better. Then she stopped answering my texts and ghosted us. We were counting on her, and gave her so much leeway and understanding. In return we got left with no care and no explanation. Very dissatisfied.
