Hello! My name is Hanna and I have been working with kids since I first started my college career to get my license in education back in 2016. I am a certified English teacher and have held many different jobs in the field of education such as summer camp counselor, horse camp counselor, assistant director for the Girl Scouts, outdoor school naturalist, camp leader, tutor, and long term high school substitute teacher. In these different jobs I have met many different amazing children, each with different needs. They have taught me valuable skills of patience, creativity, empathy, and resourcefulness. I love teaching kids about nature and the world around them by taking them to parks, museums, the library, making crafts/art, and any fun/educational events going on for kids in the local community. I cook myself healthy fresh meals and would love to do the same for your child! I am Read more fully vaccinated and have my own transportation. I have a converted van with only a front passenger seat available, so I would not be able to do transportation for smaller children with my own vehicle unfortunately. I did not receive the basic background check badge due to a speeding ticket I got when I was 16! I believe I was going 45 in a 35..but 9 years later, I can assure you that I am an excellent and safe driver! I am currently in Sacramento, CA but will be living in San Diego starting February 1st. That is my first available day for employment. I will have full open availability for your family! My only other job is making and selling my stained glass jewelry and art pieces which I do on my own time. I look forward to speaking with you and hope we can arrange care for your child together! :)
