Hello! I first want to say thank you for taking the time to view my profile! I’m Smirna and I’m 18 yrs old. I am currently attending college virtually which allows me to be very flexible with my time. I am a cheerful, playful, patient, and very kind person! I enjoy reading, doing arts and crafts, going on walks, especially to the library, and I try to avoid using electronics! I’ve volunteered at a daycare where I supervised 2nd-grade students. I chaperoned during field trips, led and created bilingual group activities and readings, and I was responsible for helping prepare breakfast, lunch, and snacks every day for the students. I also volunteered at local schools and provided academic support to 5th and high school students with math, English, and Spanish assignments. Since the age of 14, I’ve been helping my parents out by looking after my younger sibling (who is Read more now 9 yrs old) and have occasionally helped family friends, as well, by looking after their kids (ages 2-8). As mentioned above, I am a bilingual student who is fluent in both English and Spanish. I have my driver's license which allows me to help out families with transportation if needed! Even though I don’t have experience working as a paid babysitter, I still hope that I may be the right fit for your family!
