Hello, I'm Patty. I'm a 61 year old woman who has lots of babysitting and childcare experience. I just returned to Ramona after a few years away. I started babysitting at the age of 10 and I have loved children ever since. I have two of my own who are grown and successful ages 25 and 31. When my children were in school I volunteered in the classrooms. And as they were older and our household needed more income, I worked for 8 years at Ramona Unified School District in California, as a Special Ed. ParaEducator. I also used my math knowledge from my bachelor's degree in finance to tutor Elementary through Algebra 2 trig math students. And throughout all those years, I was a part-time server at Filippi's in Scripps Ranch. One of the questions below is about being comfortable with pets. I am comfortable with well-behaved dogs, but Read more I'm highly allergic to cats. I truly love children. I love to play games with them, sing to them, read with them, Rock them, all of the above. Yours would be safe with me. I have current CPR/First aid certification; as well as being a Registered Home Care Aide, having passed the Live Scan background check.
