Hi! My name is Delany R. and I am a college student whose goal is to become a High School Special Education Teacher. I have one year of paid experience from working with children, however I have been working with children for 5 years as a Summer Camp Counselor, a Vacation Bible School leader, and other temporary babysitting opportunities. I have also been working with children and teens who have developmental and physical Special Needs for 4 years. I have worked the most with children ages 2-5, however I have worked with kids as young as 6 months and as old as 10 years. I am responsible, nurturing, energetic and kind and I promise to apply these qualities when being with your children! Delany was such a huge help with watching our toddler twins. she is very patient and interactive with the children. Delany worked with my children for over 3 months and I can say that she is extremely reliable. She shows up promptly everyday. and stays focus on the kids.
