Hi! I grew up around my babysitter along with a bunch of other kids my whole life. I have experience working at an elementary school, both teaching kids and bring a yard duty. Currently, I am a Behavior Therapist for Inspira Health, an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company, so I have experience working with kids on the autism spectrum! So I would say I’ve handled and seen a variety of behaviors, including deescalation strategies. Because of my jobs, I took the American Red Cross course: Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification, I’m TB tested (willing to share my vaccination records). I’m currently studying psychology in my second year of community college. I have a car, and I’m very open to collaboration, being flexible, and being very mindful<3
